Corporate Headshot Photography FAQ

1. What is your pricing for group headshots?

Corporate headshots are typically priced per person, with volume discounts applied for larger teams. The more people you have photographed, the lower the per-person rate becomes—making it a cost-effective option for businesses scheduling headshots for multiple employees at once.

2. Do you offer on-site photography?

Yes! We specialize in on-location corporate headshots and can transform your office into a professional studio. We bring all lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment to you. There is a $200 on-location setup fee for shoots outside of our studio. All we need is approximately 13×13 feet of open, unobstructed space to create a seamless setup for your team.

3. How do you ensure consistency across headshots?

Before the session, we schedule a planning call to discuss your preferred style—whether that’s an office environment, a branded backdrop, or a clean white background. We use professional studio lighting and camera settings to ensure every headshot matches in look and feel. If a team member is absent on the scheduled day, they can visit our studio later, where we will replicate the exact same lighting and style for a perfect match.

5. How long will the session take and how much time should we schedule per person?

Plan for 5–10 minutes per person for individual headshots. We also ask that you allow about one hour for our team to load in and set up equipment prior to the session, and about 45 minutes for breakdown and load-out afterward. This ensures a smooth experience with minimal disruption to your workday.

6. What is your turnaround time for delivering final images?

Our typical image turnaround time is 24–72 hours, depending on the number of employees being photographed. Final images are delivered via email or a secure online gallery for easy downloading and sharing.

Headshot Pricing

Includes one 20 minute photo session with various looks, poses, and optional wardrobe change. This is a great session to create 1 to 3 looks for you to choose from. Client selects image/s on-site, and final images are fully edited and delivered within 48 hours. Images in a standard session are typically shot from the waist up and are intended for social profiles, email signatures, chat icons, and website profiles. 

Standard photo Session: $250
Fully-retouched images: $50/ea

Team headshot sessions can take place on-location at your office or another location of your choice. For teams working remotely, new hires, or small teams, our Littleton-based headshot studio is available for sessions. Group sessions are billed per-person, discounted according to volume. A fee of $250 applies to all location shoots.

4-9 people: Approximately 1 hour of shooting time at your location or in-studio: $150 each
10-19 people: Approximately 2 hours of shooting time at your location or in-studio: $130 each
20-25 people: Approximately 2.5 hours of shooting time at your location or in-studio: $120 each
