Why Professional Imagery for Precision Tools, Wayfinding Signage, Medical Devices, and Corporate Headshots Is a Business Necessity
Getting Up Close With Emuge-Franken’s Newest Precision Cutting Tools
Emuge-Franken of West Boylston, MA and I teamed up once again to highlight their latest products. The job involved photographing their latest taps, treadmills, and end mills actively manufacturing product on milling machines. Professional photography is important for companies like Emuge-Franken because high quality photos builds Instant authority. When a potential client sees a high-resolution, perfectly lit shot of a tool in action, they immediately associate that quality with the product itself. Also, in a crowded global market, professional imagery makes your catalog, website, and social media stand out. It tells the world that you don’t just make tools—you make the tools. Photographing the OptoGlo Signs That Help You Find Your Way, Day or Night
I had the opportunity recently to do another on-site shoot with innovative sign maker, OptoGlo, of Leominster, MA. OptoGlo signs are bright day or night, providing versatile wayfinding and advertising solutions for outdoor events. My goal for this shoot was to show the versatility of these signs in their natural habitat. We wanted to capture true-to-life color, ensuring the OptoGlo “pop” looked exactly as vivid on camera as it does in person. I also aimed to capture scale and context by showing how these signs stand out in a sprawling outdoor event space without getting lost in the landscape. The day-to-night transition within the photos highlight that “all-day” functionality that makes them so valuable for event organizers. Check out the results below.

Lifestyle Shoot Highlights Portability of Infusion Devices
Intuvie (formerly Zyno Solutions) of Natick, MA called me recently to help them showcase the portability of their innovative infusion device, the Nimbus II Flex. The Nimbus II Flex allows Patients to manage their infusions at home, or wherever they go, which was one of the main focuses in these lifestyle shots. Capturing the device in use at home, in a car, or out for a walk to prove that life doesn’t have to stop for an infusion and is easy to use. Showing the small footprint and sleek profile shows that it’s easy to carry without being obtrusive. All of these important elements of The Nimbus II Flex that are essential for the consumer were put on display within these lifestyle shots. Keeping Corporate Headshots Reflective of Success
I received a call recently from my client, Perkins & Anctil PC of Westford, MA. It had been more than a year since our last shoot and, as with so many businesses, P&A has experienced growth and change over time. Keeping up with the realities of new hires, promotions, retirements, and other shifts in staffing can be a challenge. That’s where Mark Mendoza Photography can help. We replicated the original all-attorney group photo complete with new personnel. The trick here is matching the lighting, the posing, and the “vibe” so the transition feels seamless. You want the new photo to feel like a natural evolution, not a jarring departure. Then we shot individual headshots of the new hires which were integrated into P&A’s new website. Check out the results here.
