Emuge Product Shoot, Picture Day at Toyota, On-Site Versus In-Studio, and Optoglo Signage
Drills, Taps, Thread Mills and End Mills: Drilling Down On My On-Site Product Shoot At Emuge-Franken
I had the opportunity recently to team up with the folks at Emuge-Franken, a precision cutting tool manufacturer based in West Boylston, MA. They wanted both product shots and product application photos featuring their product mounted on various milling machines. We split the day up between product shots and product applications. How To Schedule Your Staff For Their On-Site Shoot At Your Corporate Offices
What to do when not everyone is available for your company’s “picture day”? I was contacted recently by the folks at Toyota Corporate offices in Mansfield, MA. They needed on-site headshots of their staff, over 30 individuals. And because they knew not everyone would be available, they booked the full day on-site PLUS a 2-hour window at my studio for a later date. That way, whoever couldn’t make it the first day had a second option available. Great way to strategize! Does your organization need headshots? Give me a call!
On-site Versus In-Studio Product shoots. Which Is Best?
MMP client, Teradyne, Inc. contacted me recently to shoot some product at their location in North Reading, MA. The reason for the on-site request is rather obvious: Many of their products are large and unwieldy and not conducive to being transported to my studio. Other reasons include security restrictions that don’t allow for product to leave the building. If your product fits either of these criteria, you may need an on-site visit. If, however, your product is small enough, like the glass globes sold by Pittsfield, NH-based Artisans Reserve, you can feel free to arrange a drop off or send it via your favorite shipping service. Call me!
Capturing Optoglo’s Self-Illuminating Signage Both Day And Night
I was contacted recently by my friends at Optoglo of Leominster, MA. They wanted photos of their new solar-powered glowing signage, great for realtors, retailers, and wayfinding, just to name a few. The shoots involved setting up a day shot, then waiting for the sun to go down and for the sign to light up, which it does on its own with a solar charge. Check out the results below, and call me with your product shoot needs!
