Belt Winders? Core Plugs? For Souhegan Wood Products, it’s All in A Day’s Work

Souhegan Wood Products of Wilton, NH is a family-owned business specializing in the production of industrial compressed wood particle products for industries ranging from paper and textiles to mining and mortuary. I visited their manufacturing facilities recently to photograph their belt winding cores in action. Belt winders are commonly used in rolling industrial textiles such as leather, tire fabric, or conveyor belts. See more images from the shoot here.
